Orders are placed through the customer’s usual purchasing process or directly through BIOMEX Inside Sales. Once processed, the order will be available in the customer account.
Samples added to the shopping cart are not reserved.
Once a quote is requested, the selected samples are reserved exclusively for 21 days. The reservation can be extended once during the final week of the reservation period.
An open shopping cart can be modified or discarded.
Once a quote has been requested, the cart can no longer be edited. Any changes require cancelling the reservation and creating a new request.

For requests with a total value below EUR 1,000, an additional handling fee of EUR 250 applies.
A 12% discount applies when the Sample Shop is used to independently select samples, create a request and obtain a quote. The discount rewards the self-service process without requiring support from BIOMEX Inside Sales.
The discount is not shown on the quote but is applied and displayed in the order confirmation.
Additional services such as testing, aliquoting or processing can be requested through BIOMEX Customer Service and are quoted separately.
